Staff were excellent, polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious (we only had it one morning). Plenty of choice, fresh and tasty. Location is super, directly across from the beach. Rooms were super clean and well equipped. Loved our balcony overlooking the beach.

An excellent choice of food for breakfast.Good quality and quantity food. The cleanliness is excellent, and cleaning staff are so friendly, plus efficient, do a Very good job. The receptionists are very helpful give good customer service. All staff are customer friendly, giving good customer care , good customer follow up, The Hotel is perfectly placed for all amenities.

Situated in a great location directly opposite a lovely beach. We were upgraded to an apartment type room which was spacious comfortable and exceptionally clean. Having its own kitchen area with a coffee machine and free coffee was a great bonus. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Getxo is a quaint seaside location with beautiful properties along a wide promenade leading to an harbour area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Not far from the port of Bilbao where we caught our ferry back to the UK. .

The room was very well set up for a family with children. They also provided a bag of treats for the children in the room on arrival. And they children got excellent games, colors, coloring books at the reception which they loved and we did not expect. The hotel is literally just a few steps from the beach.

It is a great little 3* hotel. The rooms facing the harbour have great views. The staff are kind and helpful, and are there 24/7. The breakfast is humble however it works for me. It is my go-to hotel when I travel to Getxo.

Beds were so comfy. breakfast was delicious and there was a huge variety of food. Location was superb, on the beach and 10 mins walk to the beautiful Old Port of Algorta. But best of all, every one of the staff were so friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate our every need and comfort.

it was very clean. Bed was comfortable. nice bath but shower floor extremely slippery when wet. great views of sea but also industrial area.

Comfortable, well-appointed rooms, friendly and helpful staff, peace and quiet, convenient parking, a fantastic view of the bay, and so many high-quality dining establishments within easy walking distance. And a really nice breakfast, overseen by a very friendly, almost motherly hostess.
